Go to the Document management system implementation, click on the Add Deliverable button in the building elements
section. Then open the newly created item and rename it to New server.
Why do you need to have a new server for this project? Your team probably has a good reason for that; write it down in the description
field; e.g., “We’ve realized it’s best to have a separate server for document management. It helps lower our risks by separating it from other servers, and also, we need a lot of storage for it, and not a powerful CPU. It’s important to have a reliable RAID system to avoid problems if a hard drive fails.”
