Open the project or its portfolio, and check out the chart. Did you notice that there’s a ḋ beside old documents, while other deliverables have a D?

These symbols show the type of item:

O → Organization
T → Portfolio
J → Project
D → Deliverable (with a fully defined scope)
ḋ → Deliverable (with an emerging scope)
d → Deliverable (without building elements)
E → Event
