We were in the middle of execution when I started explaining the weights and asked you to adjust them. Normally, weights are set at the beginning and not in the middle of the work.
P3pper uses relative weights; natural numbers between 0 and 65535. You can start with one of the largest deliverables and give it a number like 100, and then compare everything else to that deliverable and give them a suitable number; more or less similar to story points in adaptive projects.
Some people are too obsessed with weights, because weights impact progress, and progress is what you show to the customer. Don’t be worried about that, though, because weights impact both the actual and the planned progress. Just a rough relative value for weight would be fine.
