If there’s too many follow-up items
, it becomes difficult to understand them in one long list. In that case, you need to change your context; e.g., instead of trying to check all the items in the project page, check them one major deliverable at a time by going to the deliverables' pages.
If there are so many follow-up items
for an item that it becomes useless in one page, the follow-ups
section won’t show any items and asks you to change context or use a filter. For example, you can select a custodian
and only see the items assigned to that person.
Another related feature is that you can edit an item and give it high
priority. Such items will be listed first in the follow-ups
section.
