13. Adding the second project

The company board has decided to implement a document management system in the company. They’ve estimated that it takes about 2 months to fully implement the system, and they want to start it in the second half of July 2021.

How would you set it up?

First, MyOrg only has a Process Plants portfolio, and the project we’re talking about doesn’t match that portfolio. Let’s set up a new portfolio called Organizational Changes, and add the Document management system implementation project underneath it, and set its duration to 4 half-months and its Earliest Start field to 2021-7½.

Do you remember how you can enter ½? You can type m or h instead of ½.
