The last major deliverable in the project is the Old documents, which is about going through all the old documents in the company and importing them into the document management system.
When you start talking with the project team members and other people in the company, you realized that it’s a nightmare to do so! However, it has to be done. The main problem is that there’s no exact record of all past projects, and it’s not always clear where you can find them. Basically, the team has to start working and see how many documents they can recover from different places.
One of the team members, called John, is responsible for this. He’s already collected a list of 27 past projects that have available documents, but he thinks he can find at least 30 more. For the sake of this example, let’s say it’s only 6 past projects called PRJ01 to PRJ06. How would proceed?
